Our mission is to promote cricket as a healthy lifestyle for everyone, of all ages and to provide a website that is a world wide service whereby non cricketers, cricketers and cricket teams alike, in all their ages, shapes and forms, from the backyard to the club, can register as a member, have a cricket blog, have a player profile, record statistics and scorecards, leave messages and at our bush telegraph/message board, upload photographs or video links to be viewed by other members free of charge at Mr. Cricket.

Mr. Cricket retains the ownership and copyright to each of its own images uploaded to our website and it's distribution, reproduction, publication, adaptation, sale, either in part or whole, online, in print, or any cinematograph film, video film or television broadcast. Should we choose your art for any paper publication, other than at our Wicket Art Gallery Online or Mr. Cricket the Online Story, we will contact you personally and discuss copyright implications.

The artworks at Mr. Cricket must not be used for any commercial purpose whatsoever without the prior written permission of Mr. Cricket Pty Ltd. Any images uploaded to our website must not be in anyway considered to be pornographic, obscene, offensive, libellous or defamatory. If you do so, by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions as a member, you agree to pay all Mr. Cricket Pty Ltd's legal costs or law suits that may arise out from you uploading offensive images or literature to Mr. Cricket's web site.

Please note that many venues reserve the right to refuse admission for any reason, and you should check the venue policy directly with the cricket team manager or promotion management related to that offer.

You may freely enjoy all we have to offer at Mr. Cricket as long as you do not take what we have and use it for financial gain without our permission. If you are a club, school, community group or charity and want to do a fundraiser with Mr. Cricket, we will gladly discuss with you a royalty share going back to you from sales through our 'Merch Hut' from members of your group, club or school purchasing from our 'Merch Hut'.
